  • Optimize sprint plans by team and member capacity  - the app allows you to ensure your project and sprint plans are realistic, and that resources are no over- or underloaded. A graphic, color coded panel, side by side to your issue list displays planned workload or delivery points of your incoming sprints.

  • Track team, role and member progress vs. the plan - track the task completion or the hours logged and any point during an active sprint compared to the expected. If you you strict planning you can freeze the original plan, or you can replan as you go.

  • Interactively balance load during the sprint - move tasks between assignees to keep the sprint balanced. Adjust efforts based on findings and continue to adjust for best results, while keeping am eye on individual details as well as the overall picture.

  • Multiple projects, boards, teams, and roles - use the app with different boards of the same project. Allow multiple teams to participate, each with multiple overlapping roles that you define. This gives you the view you need to plan and track for any organization structure.

  • Story points, time units, or both - Use story points and velocity concept to plan and track progress, or time-logged compared to expected. You can also use both to track earned value and time consumption simultaneously.

  • Team members days-off calendar - Set week working days, global vacations and specific team time-off, in addition to individual team member calendar. Capacity is adjusted automatically to reflect everyone’s schedule.

  • Comprehensive reports of multiple KPIs - monitor your backlog pointing , issue status, time spent compared to plans across sprints, teams, and much more.

  • Retrospective AI Insights - A special generative AI assistant, identify patterns in your sprints, and allows you to sk your own questions.

  • Flexible configuration options to match your process - multiple setup parameters for visibility, global company teams and roles, permissions and more.
